Phone Monkeys Need Not Apply – Recruitment Networkers Wanted

We’re currently looking for professional recruitment networkers, or as we call them, Delegate Managers, to help expand our network of HR professionals and in-house recruiters.  This role is NOT a sales role, but is paid on performance with no basic salary.  It’s a work from home role and is 100% flexi-time.

About Us

We’re a community, a boutique events business, a network and many other things people have called us.  To be honest, we don’t fit into one box, as what we do is very unique.  At the heart of what we do, we connect HR with new suppliers and create open and honest conversation.  Over the last year, we’ve successfully ran 15 events and we aim to double that in year 2.  We think we rock but we would think that, so take a look at what other people are saying about us.

About the role

As a Delegate Manager, you will be responsible for finding and engaging new delegates and advising them on the right Reconverse events to attend.  Our events are completely free, so this role carries no targets, financial or otherwise.  The key metrics of success in this role will be finding the right people for the right events.  And, we can’t make this clear enough, WE DO NOT COLD CALL!  We source and engage with delegates exclusively through social networks and referrals, and we find it works well.

About you

You’ll be self motivated.  We don’t micro manage in anyway, completely the opposite to be honest.  You’ll be left to your own devices, apart from the odd email to get a handle on who’s signed up to attend.  Recruitment / HR / HR Supplier experience is a plus but not especial. You will need a working knowledge of LinkedIn at least, and if your a Tweeter as well, it’s a bonus.  Above all else this is not a role for a “hard nosed sales person”.  We’re in this for the long haul and we’re all about building bridges, not burning them.

If this sounds like you and you think you could help us build our HR network, fill in the form below and we’ll be in-touch.
