Intelligent conversation is the backbone of the recruitment communications industry, be it peer to peer, supplier to buyer or company to candidate. That said, this is an industry with its fair share of “white noise”. The goal of Reconverse is to cut through that noise and get the right people, talking with each other, in the right way.
Our events are different to anything else in the industry today and this is why;
We will only accept 10-15 delegates (direct recruiter, recruitment manager, hr…) per event. Our belief is that small groups of people, talking with each other openly and honestly on a relevant subject, delivers a higher quality of learning than 100 people being talked at on a number of different subjects.
The first part of the afternoon allows the delegates to then explore how to input these strategic ideas into practice In our unique speed meeting format, you’ll get to talk on a 1 to1 basis with a number of people that are currently helping other companies develop their internal models. These range from forward thinking job boards, to social platforms, to mobile media and more. And because the meetings are only 10 minutes long, you’ll get a chance to understand everyone’s offering within an hour and a half, and decide from there who you want to follow-up with.
The second half of our events are our round table discussion, hosted by our resident futurologist, Matt Alder, and a guest speaker. A few slides kick off the discussion, but where they end up and the route they take is very organic, leading to some fascinating discussions. This is a chance for peer to peer learning at its purest.
